About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Business Analysts
  • Provide leadership and oversight across complex change initiatives
  • Establish and embed business analysis standards, frameworks and best practices
  • Partner with senior leaders to shape strategic initiatives and influence decision-making
  • Ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value
  • Manage analysis resource planning, quality assurance and capability development within the practice
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across processes, systems and ways of working
  • Shape and deliver strategic transformation programmes
  • Ensure solutions align with commercial objectives and regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive Business Analysis experience, including leading complex business and technology change initiatives
  • Proven experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Experience supporting the evolution of Product and Value Stream ways of working
  • Strong people leadership experience, with a track record of coaching, developing and managing high-performing teams
  • Experience defining, implementing and embedding Business Analysis frameworks, standards and governance across a change portfolio
  • Proficiency in business process design and documentation using BPMN, Use Cases and user journey mapping
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement at senior leadership level
  • Experience or awareness of emerging AI and automation capabilities
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Satisfactory completion of credit and criminal record checks and provision of satisfactory references
