About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Enterprise Business Application transformation projects in partnership with the CECO ERP team
Lead cross-functional teams and oversee process adherence for implementation and enhancement projects
Manage projects within scope, schedule, and cost constraints using dynamic change management
Lead ERP migrations and traditional IT projects
Create IT PMO standard artifacts, including project deliverables, milestones, tasks, and activities
Develop ERP migration plans with IT Program leadership and ERP architecture leads
Define project timing, approach, and scope
Communicate migration activities across IT and business organizations
Provide leadership and motivation to project team members
Establish work plans and staffing for project activities, iterations, and phases
Collaborate with internal and external Project Managers
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans
Translate business needs into functional requirements and transition requirements to solution delivery teams
Manage organizational change, training, testing, data migration, and cutover
Implement project communication plans, conduct weekly status and stakeholder meetings, and prepare status reports
Coordinate with internal audit to manage and archive project documentation
Monitor project activities for accuracy, quality, integrity, and consistency
Ensure project goals align with business objectives
Assign responsibilities and scope of authority to project team members
Direct and coordinate schedules to keep projects on time and within budget
Maintain project reporting and documentation standards
Ensure SOX controls compliance and provide evidence for internal and external audits
Identify continuous-improvement opportunities in project and portfolio management
Partner with sponsors, stakeholders, business executives, analysts, developers, SMEs, and external service providers
Support M&A integration activities, including ERP migration and minimizing business disruption

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience deploying Enterprise Business applications and customer-facing technologies
5+ years working as a Project Manager in a corporate IT organization
Recent and relevant experience performing D365 ERP Migrations
Working knowledge of SOX Compliance activities within project management duties
Experience building relationships with collaborators across an organization and external partners
Experience moving technical projects forward with minimal oversight and adapting to new information, situations, or challenges
Demonstrated knowledge of Azure DevOps to manage ERP projects
D365 F&O experience required
5–7 years of experience with ERP Migrations preferred
Previous M&A Integration project management experience highly desired and considered a plus
PMP certification is a plus
Knowledge of PMBOK knowledge areas and processes in conventional/hybrid projects
Agile certification such as CSM or PSM preferred
Experience in engineering design and/or commercial industrial manufacturing helpful
Some domestic and international travel required
Compliance with company attendance standards
Ability to perform sedentary office work and use computers and virtual communication platforms
