Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, enhance, and maintain backend applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs
Design and implement RESTful APIs, considering scalability, security, performance, and development best practices
Participate in defining technical solutions and architectural decisions alongside the Technology team
Develop and enhance solutions based on microservices architecture and distributed systems
Integrate with internal and external systems, including platforms and services related to the investment market
Identify and resolve complex problems by performing root-cause analysis and proposing efficient solutions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of application architecture, performance, stability, and quality
Create and maintain automated tests, including unit and integration tests
Participate in code reviews, promoting best practices and contributing to the team’s technical growth
Work in partnership with Product, Business, and Technology teams to translate business needs into efficient solutions
Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to planning, estimations, and the technical evolution of deliverables
Provide technical support to less experienced professionals by sharing knowledge and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in backend development with .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, and Web API
Experience developing and architecting RESTful APIs
Advanced knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL and/or Oracle
Knowledge of non-relational databases, particularly MongoDB or similar technologies
Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture
Knowledge of messaging systems and asynchronous processing
Knowledge of Redis or other caching solutions
Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban
Ability to analyze technical scenarios, propose solutions, and make decisions independently
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field
English proficiency
