Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college through the internship period
Preferably studying in a field related to the hiring department
Ability to identify strategic healthcare and business gaps where AI can create value
Ability to design practical AI-driven solutions for business leaders without technical backgrounds
Experience or ability to research, build, and showcase solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio
Ability to track emerging technologies and AI capabilities
Ability to analyze information, document findings, and prepare clear presentations
Ability to research legal, regulatory, and other topics within the functional area and industry
Must comply with all policies and standards
