Perform analysis and interpretation to link business needs and objectives for the assigned function
Support business initiatives through data analysis
Identify implementation barriers
Conduct user acceptance testing of new systems
Identify and analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes
Perform detailed analysis on assigned projects
Recommend potential business solutions and assist with implementation
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
SQL editing and query manipulation strongly preferred
Intermediate Excel experience, including formulas, pivot tables, and v-lookup, highly preferred
Claims background strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
0–2 years of business process analysis or data analysis experience
Project management experience preferred
Compliance with all policies and standards
