About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support business initiatives through data analysis, identification of implementation barriers, and user acceptance testing of new systems
Identify and analyze data, user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes
Perform detailed analysis on assigned projects, investigate discrepancies and root causes, recommend business solutions, and assist with implementation
Enhance performance management, data quality, validation, automation, and operational reports related to new business implementation processes
Develop and incorporate organizational best practices into business applications
Lead problem-solving and coordination between business units to document findings, resolve issues, and validate outcomes
Assist with formulating and updating departmental policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Comply with all policies and standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
Advanced Excel experience with data comparisons, lookups, validation, filtering, and reconciliation strongly preferred
Experience analyzing and reconciling information across multiple data sources and investigating discrepancies through root-cause resolution highly valuable
Power BI, SQL, Python, Power Query, automation, provider data, or healthcare data experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
2–4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
Project management experience preferred
