Key responsibilities & impact

Provide direction and oversight for Enterprise Business Operations functions
Develop workforce strategy to attract, retain, and develop talent
Collaborate with stakeholders to address dependencies across the business operations ecosystem
Drive adherence to service levels and compliance metrics and standards
Lead change supporting growth, business improvement, and transformation
Develop relationships with health plans, business units, IT partners, and regulators
Direct membership-related initiatives from business need identification through ROI assessment
Facilitate design, development, and implementation of business operations policies and procedures
Use data, technology, and innovation to drive continuous improvement and resolve operational issues
Serve as an escalation point to minimize provider and member impact
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent related experience
7+ years of operations management required
Experience leading large-scale efforts involving change, implementation, digital/technology, or financial management through data analysis and insights required
Ability to travel up to 25%
5+ years of healthcare experience in multiple areas of operations preferred
Project Management Professional Certificate (PMP) preferred
Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred
Compliance with all policies and standards
