About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support strategy for complex business transformational priority
Provide directional oversight for execution of complex business cases for proposed initiatives
Lead activation of strategic and policy guidance on assigned initiatives
Perform detailed analysis of data, workflows, policies, procedures, staff organization, and skills
Collect and analyze process data to recommend business practices and procedures
Collaborate with stakeholder SMEs for knowledge transfer, training, and implementation
Drive consensus and confirm end-to-end integrity through final recommendations and implementation
Partner on timely communication to stakeholders and contribute to executive-level presentations
Perform other duties as assigned
Comply with all policies and standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
7+ years health care or insurance industry experience having led large scale initiatives required
Operations experience preferred
CSSBB - Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI preferred
