About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Compile and analyze financial information for the company
Partner with business and finance leadership to deliver insightful analysis
Develop measures to track, trend, and forecast impacts of strategic initiatives
Lead forecasting and budgeting processes, including quarterly forecast submissions, rolling forecasts, and assumption-based budget planning with scenario and sensitivity analysis
Partner with adjacent finance and accounting teams to support month-end close
Lead month-end financial reporting with variance analysis, key trends, and actionable insights for VP-level stakeholders
Drive financial and operational analysis through reporting, forecasting support, demand/capacity modeling, workforce metrics, and data-driven insights
Identify, design, and implement data and process automation opportunities
Provide financial oversight for technology investments and workforce decisions
Support new technology purchases and ensure compliance with financial and procurement policies
Partner with BTS and operational leaders on strategic initiatives and financial transparency
Run established reports and develop new reports for internal stakeholders
Contribute performance commentary and insights based on area-specific knowledge and analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
4+ years of financial or data analysis experience
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Experience supporting IT functions or previous roles in IT Finance preferred
Strong experience with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
Experience with relevant financial system and project management tools, such as OneStream, Peoplesoft, Workday, ServiceNow PPM, Planview, or Apptio
Experience using data and automation tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, SQL, or Alteryx
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to senior leaders
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a deadline-driven environment
