About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in all phases of the financial system product lifecycle from business problem identification to solution deployment
Provide primary functional and technical production support to end users of Centene financial systems
Contribute to project teams implementing new system functionality and system upgrades
Configure and maintain financial systems to meet business requirements
Develop and deliver training materials for end-users
Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
Assist in implementing new modules and system enhancements
Conduct data analysis and generate complex financial reports
Design, develop, and implement system upgrades and enhancements
Provide advanced troubleshooting and support
Perform other duties as assigned
Comply with all policies and standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field required
2+ years of experience in financial systems or a similar role required
Advanced knowledge of financial systems and accounting principles required
Proficiency in SQL and financial reporting tools required
Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered in accordance with the LA County Ordinance and the California Fair Chance Act
