Key responsibilities & impact

Strategize, plan, conceptualize, configure, and build complex business solutions using technological tools and programs
Conduct extensive research and gather requirements to determine customer needs
Lead and provide operational oversight of the development process
Act as a subject matter expert and provide advice, support, and guidance
Mentor colleagues and collaborate on development and solution strategy
Manage the entire implementation process and lead project teams
Define business needs and conduct requirements gathering
Maintain communication with stakeholders during solution development
Perform complex research and advanced analysis using SQL and Power BI (DAX)
Identify effective methods and tools for developing scalable solutions
Conduct code reviews and manage pull requests
Write SQL, Power BI, and Snowflake code for software programs and applications
Refer solutions for implementation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field, or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in the field or a related area
Completion of a technical training program (e.g., LaunchCode, FDM, etc.) may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree
Healthcare experience a plus
Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Advanced knowledge and experience with SQL
Intermediate knowledge and experience with Power BI and DAX
Intermediate knowledge of OLAP databases such as Snowflake and Teradata
Intermediate knowledge of relational databases
Ability to be self-sufficient
