Key responsibilities & impact

Lead programmatic efforts to drive operational efficiency through collaboration with business and IT
Establish strategic partnerships by gaining business and technology knowledge, building trust, and demonstrating value
Provide guidance and leadership to diverse, cross-functional stakeholders
Make independently ideated, informed business recommendations
Lead jumbo initiatives impacting 1k+ people, 3–5 business functions, or 75%+ reengineering of an existing process
Support enterprise transformation initiatives impacting 5k+ people, 5+ business functions, or creating/full replacement of an enterprise process
Lead large-scale workshops involving employees from individual contributors through executive leadership
Facilitate strategic, organization design, technology prioritization, root cause analysis, and process mapping decisions
Execute external research and use the Capability Maturity Model to develop and execute initiative-specific diagnostic tools
Lead validation and consolidate results into high-quality executive deliverables with findings and multi-year strategic roadmaps
Identify, establish, and quantify measurable financial and non-financial business benefits
Assist and coach associates as needed
Demonstrate thought leadership through out-of-the-box thinking and Healthcare Industry knowledge
Mentor associates and demonstrate purpose-driven, principled, results-oriented leadership
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
Experience in Marketplace preferred
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent years of experience
5+ years of experience in at least two of the following: process improvement/transformation, business/financial analysis, external consulting/auditing/risk analysis, customer journey/experience, organizational change management, IT solution/architecture, project management
Organizational Change Management (PROSCI, Six Sigma CAP, Kotter, Bridge’s Rogers Kubler), CEX, CMMI, Six Sigma, PMP preferred
Healthcare Industry knowledge
