About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Centene's enterprise AI productivity and low-code/no-code AI function
Own the LCNC enablement experience built on Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, including scaffolding, reusable components, templates, and governed environments
Direct the enterprise citizen developer program, AI education and certification curriculum, and forward-deployed enablement teams
Partner with AI governance, security, technical platform owners, compliance, data, and platform leaders to apply enterprise controls
Provide strategic and operational leadership for AI personal productivity, citizen development enablement, and AI workforce education
Define and execute the enterprise strategy and roadmap for AI personal productivity tools and services
Establish and operate the governed citizen-development environment, including data catalogs, connectors, publishing controls, and production ownership
Direct maker certification, role-based entitlement, communities of practice, office hours, support models, and scaling across business functions
Lead role-based AI learning paths, prompting and responsible-use training, executive enablement, and awareness campaigns
Direct forward-deployed enablement resources to identify high-value use cases, accelerate builds, and transfer capability to the business
Ensure productivity AI and citizen-developed agents conform to enterprise AI governance, intake, risk tiering, registration, evidence, approvals, and decommissioning criteria
Establish measurement frameworks for adoption, agent quality, time saved, rework reduced, and cost and consumption
Report results to senior leadership and enterprise governance forums
Perform other duties as assigned
Comply with all policies and standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience, including prior management experience
Equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position may substitute for the degree and experience requirement
Experience implementing personal productivity and low code/no code AI solutions
Demonstrated team leadership
Transformation and change management experience
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
