About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and direct strategic business initiatives within enterprise priorities, product offerings, management, development, and enhancement
Develop and lead long-term strategic business, product development, and enhancement initiatives crossing or integrating functions, products, and business units
Ensure subject matter expertise is infused into strategic initiatives and products throughout the product development process
Identify and support integration of products and interventions across business units
Ensure seamless integration of adaptive technology and expert team-based services across product portfolios and strategic initiatives
Support client services across business units through initiative simplification and customization
Partner with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on high-priority strategic initiatives and special projects
Develop executive-level materials, recommendations, progress updates, and decision support

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
7+ years of strategic initiatives, product development/management, business operations, or related experience
Experience with product planning, development, execution, and product financials
Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy to implementation
Experience across different market segments and product types
