About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery for Payment Integrity platforms, including PISCES pre-pay claim editing and Appeals/PI Bot automation
Develop, maintain, and publish product strategy and multi-year roadmaps aligned with Payment Integrity, Mission Simplify, and BTS priorities
Lead strategic initiatives from intake and discovery through planning and delivery
Own BRDs, capability/feature hierarchy, and delivery-ready Jira backlogs
Partner with Operations, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, and vendors to define scope, sequencing, dependencies, and success measures
Drive PI Planning, prioritization, and predictable feature delivery
Communicate risks, trade-offs, and decisions to leadership
Measure and report value realization, including savings, edit accuracy, automation rates, fallout, cycle time, efficiencies, ROI, and product investment value
Apply AI tools across discovery, requirements, documentation, and analysis
Champion responsible AI with human-in-the-loop controls
Arbitrate portfolio impacts and delivery commitments for new or modified priorities
Review and influence user stories and milestones to guide Agile and Scrum teams
Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies and standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of related experience, or equivalent experience acquired through applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill
5+ years of product management, product ownership, or related technology experience in a healthcare payer or claims environment preferred (7+ years preferred)
Payment Integrity, claims editing, appeals, or automation experience strongly preferred
Experience with Agile/SAFe delivery and applying AI tools to product work preferred
Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Windsurf/Devin Desktop, and Jira Rovo
Knowledge of PISCES pre-pay claim editing and Appeals/PI Bot automation platforms
Ability to work with Payment Integrity Operations, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, and vendors
Knowledge of BRDs, capability/feature hierarchies, delivery-ready Jira backlogs, Agile and Scrum practices
