About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and conduct training programs and/or auditing tools for Centene's Pharmacy Services
- Develop full training programs including content, agendas, activities, and assessments
- Conduct training needs analyses for Pharmacy Services staff and evaluate effectiveness
- Identify, develop, and conduct training programs
- Select and design appropriate training aids
- Facilitate the train-the-trainer process for various systems
- Research, analyze, and recommend external training programs
- Maintain records of training activities and employee progress
- Audit work and coordinate training initiatives
- Develop and publish corrective actions and educational materials
- Provide feedback on policy, procedure, and work process revisions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of training experience
- Training experience preferably in a managed care or healthcare setting
- Auditing experience preferred
- Willingness to work 9-5:30 ET or 10-6:30 ET
- Compliance with all policies and standards
