About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and automate Power BI reports
- Use Python, APIs, and AI to streamline data collection and reporting
- Analyze historical call data
- Audit workforce management metrics
- Compare forecasted versus actual performance
- Identify trends
- Help standardize reporting across all lines of business
- Learn processes and functions within the Managed Care industry
- Contribute to projects supporting the business
- Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills through projects
- Communicate project status and results to staff mentors and management
- Research legal, regulatory, and other topics within the functional area and industry
- Attend training and development presentations

Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with Power BI, Python, and APIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with data, automating reports, and identifying trends
- Experience with AI in some capacity in the past
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate across teams
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent undergraduate coursework completed
- Must be enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited university or college in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period
