About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide direct support to end users using IS clinical applications, patient care systems, and technology
Build, test, and validate new functionality
Perform custom configuration activities
Analyze workflows, data collection, report details, and technical issues associated with clinical applications
Identify process improvement and optimization opportunities
Act as a project and change manager and resource advancing Nemours's strategic mission
Collaborate with senior management to plan, implement, and evaluate systems and services
Identify and coordinate system updates, changes, and enhancements
Facilitate hardware installation and implementation between IT, patient care, and business process teams
Prepare charts and diagrams for problem analysis and submit solution recommendations
Manage and coordinate team tasks
Maintain issue lists, documentation, meeting minutes, agendas, and weekly status reports for leadership
Provide advanced support for enterprise applications, platforms, and infrastructure systems
Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across servers, networks, and applications
Coordinate testing, validation, and production releases
Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and maintainability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate Analyst: Associate's Degree required
Associate Analyst: Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years experience required
Associate Analyst: Minimum of one (1) year experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Associate Analyst: Prior Healthcare Operation or IT experience preferred
Associate Analyst: Business/Application systems Implementation and Support experience preferred
Associate Analyst: If an RN or other Clinical Provider, must maintain that license
Associate Analyst: Strong software and application knowledge
Analyst: Bachelor's Degree required
Analyst: Minimum of three (3) years experience required
Analyst: Minimum of 3 years experience in a healthcare setting required
Analyst: Prior Nursing, Clinical experience, Healthcare Operations or IT experience required
Analyst: Business/Application systems Implementation and Support experience preferred
Analyst: Strong software and application knowledge required
Analyst: If an RN or other Clinical Provider, must maintain that license
Analyst: Project Management experience preferred
