About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate Center for Pediatric Traumatic Stress activities
- Maintain websites and manage social media accounts
- Work with the Director and co-Director to ensure procedures and policies are followed
- Organize and participate in training activities
- Liaise with the Family Advisory Committee
- Communicate with and track subawards and consultants
- Ensure invoicing is up to date
- Provide programmatic oversight of research grant programs and centers, including planning, budgeting, program implementation, cost maintenance, and methods/procedures
- Assist with development, tracking, and forecasting of grant budgets and documentation for grant-related purchases
- Serve as primary liaison with Office of Sponsored Projects for funded external grants and contracts, including subcontracts, amendments, invoicing, and progress reports
- Monitor center budget alignment with projections throughout the budget period
- Assist with grant/project submissions, renewals, and progress reports
- Liaise with the PI on recruitment, job descriptions and postings, and candidate interview scheduling
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-3 years of experience
