Key responsibilities & impact

Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help children build communication, social, and life skills
Provide sessions at children’s homes, centers, schools, in the community, and in a remote environment
Follow personalized plans designed by clinical leaders
Celebrate children’s developmental milestones and progress
Bring energy, patience, compassion, and optimism to each session
Complete required training and documentation
Work with families and diverse populations
Frequently sit and stand, keep pace with clients, and occasionally drive, bend, reach, stoop, pull, lift, carry, and move items up to 20 pounds

Requirements

What you’ll need

H.S. Diploma or GED
6+ months of experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis)
Telehealth/Virtual Experience Preferred
Flexible availability, especially Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings and Saturdays
Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated)
Reliable transportation
Comfort working with diverse populations
Willingness to complete training and documentation
Ability to frequently sit and stand and keep pace with the client
Ability to work in a flexible, dynamic, on-the-go environment
