About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide 1:1 ABA services using play-based, evidence-based strategies
  • Follow individualized treatment plans designed by Clinical Leaders
  • Support skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living skills
  • Deliver services in homes, schools, centers, and community settings
  • Carry a limited caseload with added responsibility under senior clinician support
  • Participate in joint sessions, shadowing, and in-field coaching opportunities
  • Assist with documentation review, session preparation, and treatment fidelity
  • Support parent education conversations alongside Clinical Leaders
  • Collaborate with Training and Operations teams
  • Work under the supervision of a licensed or credentialed Clinical Leader

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Childhood Education, Special Education, Pediatric Therapy, or a closely related field
  • 2+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services, or 1+ year of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services and 12 semester units in Applied Behavior Analysis, or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to complete training, documentation, and physical requirements of the role
  • Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated)
  • Comfort working with diverse populations
  • Pursuing or planning to pursue a degree or certification in ABA or a related field
