About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help children build communication, social, and life skills in a remote environment
- Bring energy and compassion to each session at a child’s home, center, or in the community
- Follow personalized plans designed by clinical leaders
- Celebrate small wins and life-changing milestones
- Participate in paid training, coaching, and mapped-out career milestones
- Complete required training and documentation
- Meet physical requirements including sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting items up to 20 pounds, and driving
Requirements
What you’ll need- H.S. Diploma or GED
- 6+ months of experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis)
- Telehealth/Virtual Experience Preferred
- Flexible availability, especially Monday–Friday afternoons/evenings and Saturdays
- Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated)
- Reliable transportation
- Comfort working with diverse populations
- Willingness to complete training and documentation
- Ability to frequently sit and stand and keep pace with the client
- Patience, energy, and optimism
- Love of working with kids
- Ability to work in flexible, dynamic environments
