About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Answer calls from community partners, including hospitals, jails, clinics, and other referral sources
Collect essential demographic and clinical information to facilitate timely crisis response
Follow protocols and procedures to dispatch the appropriate mobile crisis dispatch team
Document all required information in the appropriate electronic recording system
Work closely with Centerstone Mobile Crisis teams and Dispatch Specialists across Tennessee, Indiana, Illinois, and Florida
Coordinate services based on the geographic location of each crisis response request
Actively participate in supervision meetings, including quality, training, and team meetings
Assist in administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma, GED or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist required
Bachelor's degree preferred
Two years of customer service experience preferred
Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods
Ability to understand complex issues, effectively handle multiple tasks at once and evaluate needs
Demonstrates high-level customer service skills and professional etiquette
Effectively navigate multiple Electronic Record Systems required for documentation
Must meet the ethical and clinical standards in compliance with all accreditation of program
