About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide clinical services consistent with established guidelines for best practice interventions
  • Conduct evaluations and individual, group, family, or couple’s psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and children
  • Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by the client
  • Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team and community referral sources
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies
  • Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices
  • Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time
  • Complete clinical documentation within 24 hours of the service provided
  • Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required
  • Obtain and maintain CANS/ANSA Certification
  • Licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC
  • Three to five years’ experience in behavioral health environment is preferred
  • Experience in evidence-based and best practices interventions is preferred
  • Knowledge and utilization of evidence-based interventions
  • Effective written, verbal, in-person, and virtual communication
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to individuals seeking services
