About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop staffing plans, policies and procedures for the facility
- Lead implementation of staffing plans, policies and procedures
- Work closely with the Clinic Manager and dyad partner
- Identify and resolve complex technical and operational problems within departments
- Lead multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates
- Report directly to the Market President
- Support delivery of high-quality clinical support to patients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health Administration or another related field, or 10+ years of Healthcare Administration/Leadership Experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of Valued Base setting experience when substituting experience for the bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of progressive supervisory experience overseeing multiple physician practices or healthcare clinics
- 4+ years of management experience
- P&L management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Experience with electronic medical records
- Required travel to Louisiana and Mississippi
- Local travel required
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- HEDIS knowledge preferred
- Project management skills/training preferred
- Experience with medical coding preferred
- Master's degree preferred
