About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete regular chart reviews
  • Coordinate monthly meetings
  • Serve as a resource for advanced practice providers to ensure quality patient care
  • Collaborate with clinical leaders on quality of care, outcome data, procedures, and records issues
  • Support virtual wraparound services for patients who cannot see their own PCP
  • Report to the Associate Director

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current and unrestricted medical license in one or more of: LA, NC, MS, KY, MO, IN
  • If supervising in LA, MS, or IN, must reside in that state
  • Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program of an accredited university
  • Board certification or Board eligibility
  • 2+ years of telemedicine/telehealth experience
  • 2+ years of experience as a Collaborating Physician
  • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect PHI/HIPAA information
  • Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed
