About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote home health care services
- Build and maintain referral source relationships
- Prepare business plans and maintain target lists
- Prioritize accounts following the market sales plan
- Gather and organize account-related information
- Provide input on important customer opportunities
- Report to a Market Executive of Sales
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health related science (i.e nursing) or the equivalent
- Minimum of two years health care or related industry sales experience
- Previous home health care sales, experience selling to physicians, Case Managers and in SNFs, or previous experience as a clinical liaison highly preferred
- Experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency required
- Travel within an assigned territory and to sales meetings as required
- Required to undergo Tuberculosis (TB) screening as part of the patient-facing role
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
