Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current nursing license in the practicing state
  • Valid driver's license
  • Auto insurance
  • Reliable transportation
  • Current CPR certification
  • Two years experience as an LPN/LVN in a clinical setting
  • Must maintain personal vehicle liability insurance
  • Must carry vehicle insurance meeting state minimum limits or specified Humana limits, whichever is higher
