About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze business processes and metrics to identify performance gaps
Use consultative skills to conduct needs analysis
Design learning solutions and partner with subject matter experts to develop content
Plan, organize, and develop training curricula, materials, job aids, and programs
Develop virtual instructor-led, self-paced, or blended learning
Create eLearning, video, job aids, and virtual instructor-led content for onboarding, upskill, and reskill programs
Develop training for retail pharmacy associates, contact center teams, and mail-order distribution teams
Cover subject matter including technology, clinical acumen, business acumen, process, and procedure
Collaborate with Pharmacy segment subject matter experts
Produce engaging training that creates performance results

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in training, performance consulting, or instructional design
Proficiency designing and developing materials for instructor-led, self-paced, and blended learning, whether synchronous or asynchronous
Intermediate skill in Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline/Rise
Prior experience working in a consumer-centric company
Demonstrated capability to lead and manage own projects and work
Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving the consumer experience
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
Dedicated work space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed
Degree or certification in Instructional Design, Performance Consulting, Industrial Psychology, or Business Analysis (preferred)
Experience in a health care, pharmacy, or insurance setting (preferred)
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Captivate and/or Articulate Storyline (preferred)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems, preferably Cornerstone on Demand (preferred)
