About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Successful completion of MA school/training program and a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant or Certified/Registered Medical Assistant with 5+ years of experience and approval from Provider
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • CPR Certified
  • Required TB screening for this patient-facing role
  • Phlebotomy experience preferred
  • Medication/vaccine administration experience preferred
  • 1+ years of MA experience preferred
  • Value Based Care experience preferred, including knowledge of HEDIS, CPT/ICD coding, and CAHPS/HOS Patient Experience
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred; must pass proficiency exam prior to foreign language communication
