About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Extract raw data from databases and summarize the data
Provide informative data to influence department strategy
Create and inform data models for ad-hoc analysis and decision-making
Oversee KPI reports including Total Cost of Delivery
Share information on emerging trends
Perform postage modeling and analyze and explain variances to forecasts
Manage invoicing for Home Delivery Logistics vendors
Analyze complex financial and operational data to identify trends and performance drivers
Partner across the business to influence decisions and strategic outcomes
Work with minimal direction and considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches
Collaborate with pharmacy leadership to shape operational strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or substantial relevant domain experience
Experience compiling, modeling, analyzing data to identify, explain, influence variances and trends
Experience working with moderately complex to complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Must be located within reasonable driving distance to either West Chester, OH or Phoenix, AZ pharmacy
Finance/Accounting background preferred
Pharmacy or Logistics experience preferred
Advanced Excel Modeling Experience preferred
SQL Experience preferred
Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
Dedicated work space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
