About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conceive, develop, deliver, and manage products for customer use
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of pharmacy software products
- Drive product strategy, roadmap, delivery, and optimization
- Improve patient outcomes, medication adherence, Stars performance, customer experience, and business results
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Lead cross-functional work across pharmacy, clinical, operations, technology, and analytics teams
- Own prioritization, business cases, KPIs, and product performance
- Drive product launches and continuous improvement
- Occasionally travel to Humana offices for training or meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of product management experience
- Agile experience
- Strong analytics skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to meet minimum home internet speeds of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
- Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
- Preferred: 3+ years of healthcare, Medicare, pharmacy, or health plan experience
- Preferred: SAFe PO/PM Certificate
