About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage all aspects of projects from start to finish, ensuring completion on time and within budget
Lead complex healthcare, technical, and pharmacy initiatives from planning through execution
Develop and manage project plans and governance
Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors
Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations
Track financials, milestones, and outcomes
Provide executive reporting and communication
Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years technical project management experience
Healthcare, Medicare or pharmacy experience
Experience with Agile methodologies
PMP preferred
Strong leadership skills
Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
Ability to work 40 hours per week
