About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide intermediate-level project management support for medium- to high-complexity cross-functional, systems-driven strategic and operational projects
  • Manage projects involving interdepartmental units and/or external stakeholder teams through all aspects of the project lifecycle
  • Conduct intermediate-level business, technical, and financial analysis and reporting to support operations and business development
  • Utilize, implement, and communicate project management methodologies and policies
  • Mentor project teams, project stakeholders, and Enterprise Project Managers
  • Support the PMO’s enterprise portfolio, program, and project management services
  • Report to the Enterprise Project Management Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Knowledge of Windows-based PC systems and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and project management software applications
  • Knowledge of meeting facilitation methods and tools
  • Ability to lead team-building exercises and facilitate meetings and/or projects using problem-solving and persuasion skills
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to identify issues, offer solutions, and mitigate risk
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Ability to maintain organized and accurate records
  • Ability to collect, interpret, and evaluate data accurately; make recommendations; and project consequences
  • Ability to prepare statistical and narrative reports
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care, or a related field
  • Minimum of three years of project management experience; equivalent combination of education and experience may be qualifying
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, ongoing basis without current or future employer sponsorship
