About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform necessary clerical duties and assist with patient treatments as directed
Assist with activities across Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech/Education Departments under the direct supervision of a licensed therapist
Support implementation of patient treatment programs according to legal guidelines
Answer phones and perform clerical duties, including data entry
Accompany patients to appointments when needed
Perform patient transfers and assist with therapeutic exercises, activities of daily living, social skills, and equipment
Complete daily progress notes, treatment modules, and behavior modification documentation
Perform organizational and administrative projects, including filing and light typing
Set up and dismantle patient charts in a timely manner
Work with staff and departments to ensure quality patient care
Perform other duties as assigned
