About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement
  • Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
  • Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
  • Engage parents in their child’s therapy through monthly parent training
  • Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
  • Support new clients, model programs, run assessments, coach Behavior Technicians, and strengthen family relationships during in-person visits
  • Collaborate with clients, families, clinical teams, Clinical Directors, Area Clinical Directors, and the Clinical Excellence Team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) qualification
  • Ability to provide weekly in-person supervision
  • Experience delivering and overseeing ABA therapy across virtual and in-home settings
  • Ability to supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
  • Knowledge of assent-based care, practical functional assessment, skills-based treatment, and ABA principles
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
  • Ability to conduct monthly parent training
  • Ability to maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
