Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement
Deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across virtual and in-home or center-based settings
Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
Engage parents in their child’s therapy through monthly parent training
Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
Support new clients, model programs, run assessments, coach Behavior Technicians, and strengthen family relationships
Collaborate with clients, families, clinical teams, Clinical Directors, Area Clinical Directors, and the Clinical Excellence Team

What you’ll need

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) qualification
Weekly in-person supervision
Knowledge and application of ABA principles
Ability to develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans
Ability to supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
Ability to conduct monthly parent training
Ability to provide data-driven clinical decision-making
Ability to work in both virtual and in-home or center-based settings
