About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across virtual and in-home settings
  • Split time between remote supervision, planning, collaboration, and in-person client and team visits
  • Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
  • Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans
  • Conduct practical functional assessments and skills-based treatment
  • Support new clients and model programs
  • Coach Behavior Technicians
  • Strengthen family relationships through monthly parent training
  • Maintain clinical quality through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors, Area Clinical Directors, and the Clinical Excellence Team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Weekly in-person supervision
  • Knowledge of ABA principles
  • Ability to provide supervision in virtual and in-home settings
  • Ability to work a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement
  • Ability to conduct monthly parent training
  • Ability to make data-driven clinical decisions
