About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee high-quality ABA therapy services across virtual and in-home settings
  • Split time between remote supervision, planning, collaboration, and in-person client and team engagement
  • Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
  • Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
  • Engage parents through monthly training to drive meaningful progress
  • Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
  • Support new clients, model programs, run assessments, coach Behavior Technicians, and strengthen family relationships
  • Collaborate with clients, families, clinical teams, Clinical Directors, Area Clinical Directors, Clinical Excellence Team, and operations staff

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Weekly in-person supervision
  • Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement
  • Knowledge and application of ABA principles
  • Ability to develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans
  • Ability to supervise and support Behavior Technicians
  • Ability to conduct monthly parent training
  • Ability to provide regular supervision and make data-driven decisions
