Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Weekly in-person supervision
  • Ability to deliver and oversee ABA therapy across virtual and in-home settings
  • Knowledge and application of assent-based care, practical functional assessment, skills-based treatment, and ABA principles
  • Ability to supervise and support Behavior Technicians
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
  • Ability to provide monthly parent training
  • Ability to maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
