About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across virtual and in-home settings
  • Split time 50/50 between remote and in-person engagement
  • Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
  • Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
  • Engage parents in their child's therapy with monthly parent training
  • Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
  • Conduct in-person visits to support new clients, model programs, run assessments, coach Behavior Technicians, and strengthen family relationships
  • Collaborate with clients, families, clinical teams, Clinical Directors, Area Clinical Directors, and the Clinical Excellence Team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Weekly in-person supervision
  • Ability to oversee ABA therapy across virtual and in-home settings
  • Knowledge of assent-based care, practical functional assessment, and skills-based treatment
  • Ability to supervise and support Behavior Technicians
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
  • Ability to engage parents through monthly parent training
  • Ability to provide regular supervision and make data-driven decisions
