About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
- Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
- Engage parents in their child’s therapy through monthly parent training
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
- Support new clients, model programs, run assessments, coach Behavior Technicians, and strengthen family relationships during in-person engagement
- Collaborate with clients, families, clinical teams, Clinical Directors, Area Clinical Directors, and the Clinical Excellence Team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Ability to provide weekly in-person supervision
- Knowledge and application of ABA principles
- Ability to develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans
- Ability to supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and in person
- Ability to conduct monthly parent training
- Ability to deliver services in virtual, in-home, or center-based settings
- Data-driven clinical decision-making
