About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across virtual and in-home or center-based settings
- Split time between remote supervision, planning, and collaboration and in-person client and team engagement
- Provide weekly in-person supervision
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
- Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
- Conduct in-person visits to support new clients, model programs, run assessments, coach Behavior Technicians, and strengthen family relationships
- Engage parents in their child’s therapy through monthly parent training
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with clients, families, clinical teams, Clinical Directors, Area Clinical Directors, and the Clinical Excellence Team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Ability to provide weekly in-person supervision
- Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement across remote and in-person settings
- Knowledge of ABA principles
- Ability to deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy
- Ability to supervise and support Behavior Technicians
- Ability to develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans
- Ability to engage parents through monthly parent training
- Ability to maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
