About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review emails and chats for new leads, file setups, audits, and requested needs
Organize contracts, termination letters, photos, and other documents on Dropbox
Answer inbound calls from clients and leads
Transfer calls to the appropriate team member
Set up Filevine projects for new clients and requested tools
Record comments, observations, and updates
Review and register new contracts in Filevine
Follow up on assigned leads and maintain lead quality
Answer potential clients, ask probing questions, complete sign-in, or escalate calls
Complete new-client intake and transfer cases to the Pre-Litigation department
Send submission emails to the Pre-Litigation department
Complete clinic referrals based on client location
Participate in stand-up, daily, weekly, and monthly meetings
Close contracts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fully bilingual in English and Arabic
3 years of experience in remote sales or intake
Sales background
Experience in personal injury is a plus
Own PC or laptop
Wired connection to modem recommended
Headset with noise canceling
Quiet place to work
Responsible for local taxes
Availability for weekend and evening shifts (US time)
