About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Agile software and data projects from mobilisation through to live service
- Manage delivery against agreed scope, timescales, budget and quality
- Run Scrum ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives
- Manage RAID, dependencies, resourcing and project governance
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and senior leaders
- Provide clear reporting on delivery progress, budgets and forecasts
- Manage scope and change control
- Lead and support multidisciplinary delivery teams
- Support bids, proposals and project estimates
- Contribute to improving Ceox delivery processes and ways of working
Requirements
What you’ll need- Delivery management experience within software development
- Strong practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum
- Experience within a Professional Services or Consultancy environment
- Experience managing multi-resource projects lasting 6+ months
- Strong client and senior stakeholder management experience
- Budget management, forecasting and change control
- Eligible to obtain SC clearance
- Right to work full-time in the UK, visa-free, for at least the next three years
- UK Central Government or wider Public Sector delivery experience
- Knowledge of GDS Service Standard
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Platform and/or Azure
- Data, analytics or AI project delivery experience
- Experience transitioning projects into live/managed services
- Agile/project certification such as PSM, CSM, AgilePM, PRINCE2 Agile or APM PMQ
- Existing SC clearance
- Clear, confident communicator at all levels
- Customer-focused, with a consultant mindset
- A natural leader who brings teams together and builds confidence
- Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-sufficient, pragmatic and comfortable making decisions
