About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administer the Procurement process for Portfolio Related Buying, from new assignment request to contract signing, in accordance with Procurement policies and procedures
Prepare and manage contracts and related documentation with law firms and external partners
Follow up on signatures and approvals
Coordinate day-to-day activities with law firms, bailiffs, and DnCs, including onboarding, queries, and open-item follow-up
Support the Power of Attorney process with Corporate Legal and law firms
Liaise with internal stakeholders across SLA, Frontline, Judicial, Collection, Operations, and Legal to resolve data gaps and documentation issues
Coordinate due-diligence activities by preparing data extracts, tracking deliverables, and documenting findings
Prepare regular reports and management information on onboarding status and open issues
Maintain complete and auditable Procurement documentation and the Outsourcing Register in line with applicable policies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline
Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in loan portfolio servicing, contract administration, vendor or law firm management, or operations roles within financial services
Good understanding of loan lifecycle concepts, portfolio attributes, and legal documentation
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for tracking and reporting
Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Solid business acumen combined with financial analysis skills
Results orientation with achievement drive
