About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to assess and evaluate portfolio performance
  • Design, develop, and oversee business reports for management and portfolio committees
  • Participate in preparation of the Business Plan
  • Utilize portfolio management tools to operationalize required strategies
  • Monitor Portfolio Operating Model Performance and examine deviations
  • Perform ad hoc requests and deep-dive analyses related to portfolio management performance
  • Identify trends, strengths, and weaknesses in performance
  • Contribute to designing appropriate corrective measures
  • Analyze recovery strategies across portfolios and monitor performance end-to-end

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, or any other Business-related studies
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in credit and portfolio analysis in financial services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with at least one of the following software: SQL, SPSS, Access
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Solid business acumen combined with financial analysis skills
  • Results orientation with achievement drive
