About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
  • Coordinate patient care and maintain provider schedules
  • Conduct patient intake and collect required documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Educational background in a medical or healthcare-related field, OR previous work experience in the healthcare industry (required)
  • Previous experience as a Scheduler, Medical Scheduler, Patient Coordinator, Case Manager, Medical Assistant, or in a similar healthcare role
  • Experience working in healthcare, medical offices, or specialty clinics
  • Neurology experience is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, patient intake, and healthcare scheduling workflows
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient confidentiality
  • Located in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico and able to commute to the office Tuesday through Friday
  • Must provide own computer and equipment during the first 30 days
