About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support manager due diligence, development of investment content, and private market consultants with client service relationships
  • Provide support on drafting RFP responses with data, analyses, and written responses
  • Present research findings and conclusions internally and, as needed, to client staff and prospective clients
  • Interact with managers and intermediaries to collect data, including special ad-hoc requests
  • Proactively source investment opportunities
  • Analyze data to reach, support, and present reasoned conclusions
  • Draft presentations and written reports
  • Summarize key data, findings, and conclusions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of experience in private markets research
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Master’s degree in finance or MBA preferred
  • CFA charter and/or CAIA preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
  • Familiarity with industry databases (e.g. Pitchbook), AI tools, and coding concepts
  • Strong and effective communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a team-based/collaborative environment
  • Must accept and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Adherence to all compliance policies & procedures
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
