About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and ship complex solutions at scale for tens of thousands of clients
Make foundational decisions about user experience, product, design systems, and business strategy
Own end-to-end user journeys and business goals across 0-to-1 and post-launch products
Partner with clients, advisors, and colleagues to identify opportunities, understand needs, map workflows, test prototypes and hypotheses, and advocate for the best experience
Establish foundational product strategy and user experience
Work across the AI stack, including harness, context, memory, evals, agents, and models, applying AI to wealth management and collaboration
Define the overall design direction, prototyping and shipping standards, design collaboration practices, visual language, and interaction models
Collaborate with engineering, product, clients, advisors, and colleagues across the business
Help define design systems and foundational processes as a founding designer

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 7 years of experience
Financial services industry experience required, including understanding of wealth management, investment advisory, or related financial services operations
Demonstrated experience in AI tooling, models, harnesses, workflows
Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity and build 0-to-1 products from first principles rather than established processes
Expertise and experience with Figma, Claude Code, Codex, or similar
Track record of outsized impact
Systems-thinking ability
Excellent product and business intuition
Ability to take initiative and move work forward independently
Ability to move quickly with rigor and a hypothesis-driven approach
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and create and ship real products
Experience building and shipping AI agents and harnesses
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Comfort with code and understanding of design handoff and implementation with AI-native processes
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
